At the Kiwanis Club of Lincoln Foothills June 21, 2019, lunch meeting, one of the Club's Directors, Bob Day, presented Charlie Bussey, Operations Manager of Kiwanis Family House with our first installment payment of $5,000 towards our Clubs commitment to sponsor a room at Kiwanis Family House.  KFH provides temporary on-campus lodging to out-of-town family members of hospitalized patients at U.C. Davis Medical Center and Shriners Hospitals for Children of Northern California for a nominal fee.
 
Dan Germain, KFH Executive Director, said that "The mission of the Kiwanis Family House is critical to nearly 2,000 families each year and 35,000 families since its doors opened 35 years ago”.
